Daniel holds the position of Director at TARPAN Partners.
He specializes in mergers and acquisitions with strong expertise in transaction execution, strategic consulting, and leading key projects domestically and internationally. From 2014 to 2019, he held finance leadership roles at SANDVIK, overseeing special projects in the Czech Republic and acquisition processes in Sweden.
Between 2008 and 2014, he co-founded a consulting and training company focused on audit, risk management, strategic and project advisory, including transaction support.
From 2003 to 2008, he was part of the senior management team at FOXCONN, responsible for strategy and financial management.
Between 1996 and 2003, he gained experience primarily at Arthur Andersen and EY in audit and business risk management.
Daniel is a certified internal auditor and an ACCA graduate.
He completed his MBA studies at Sheffield Hallam University.
He graduated from the University of Economics in Prague (1994–1998).
